Important information if you are attending......
Parents/Guardians of Grade 5 students are invited to attend this event. Our OASD School Policy requires that all visitors check in at the office for a visitor badge. A valid ID is required. You can pre-register for the event only if you have had your ID scanned at the office during a prior visit. If you do not pre-register, be prepared to wait in line to go through the office to get your visitor badge.
National Child Identification Program
Help protect your child in case of emergency. All students will be bringing home an envelope with an ID kit for your child. The kit includes an inkless fingerprint kit, medical information section, etc.
Summer Meals Free at Oaklawn Menu
All students are invited to Oaklawn during the summer for free breakfast and lunch. All children 18 yrs and younger can participate and you do NOT need to be enrolled in summer school.
Pick up your child's medications from school
This past school year if your child received medication or had medication here as needed during school hours please note: All medications are to be picked up by a parent/guardian on or before the last day of school – June 2nd 2022. Our policy will not allow us to send medications home with students or to keep them for the next school year. If you need to make other arrangements please contact the health office.
If you know your student will need medication next school year, we are asking you to obtain an order from your doctor/nurse practitioner this summer BEFORE the start of the next school year. You can find all health office forms online at:
