About Us

It is a privilege to start another school year with our staff, students and families that make Oaklawn a great place for learning!  Thank you for partnering with the staff to make the 2024-25 school year a positive and engaging experience.

It is our firm belief at Oaklawn that all successful education starts with adults at home. Nothing can be more powerful in student success than consistent cooperation between home and school.  Please take advantage of the many opportunities for your child and get involved in their education. We encourage you to volunteer, join the Oaklawn PTO, and attend many school activities. The Oaklawn school bell rings at 7:40 a.m. The day ends at 2:45 p.m.  

We also look forward to continued partnerships with area businesses. The support of the local community is instrumental in creating the greatest potential impact.  We are ever grateful to our business pal 4Imprint for their continued donations and support of materials.
